  I wrote a review on Raw n Ready’s Facebook page. (See below)
  They have replied via Facebook messenger (again, see below) and now blocked me from their Facebook page so I can no longer reply (and I know this because I also run a business via Facebook Pages) (and FYI blocking someone off a Facebook page doesn’t only make them more angry - hence a review on google now as well, but it also doesn’t remove the review off Facebook).
  
  As I said in the review, I’m not going to be unfair, because when this business is running well and doesn’t run into complaints it’s a fab business and has really made my life easier with the convinience of the foods BUT you simply cannot deal with complaints like this. I think a business can truly be valued based on how they deal with complaints - hence the 1* review.

  Although the food is nice, and you do feel significant better on a lower calorie plan, my Wednesday delivery hasn’t been delivered and the staff don’t seem to be doing much about it. Granted, I wasn’t in the area, but the food was being delivered to my boyfriend’s house and he was in.
  
  I’ve been messaging them since Thursday and haven’t really got much of a reply ‘oh I’ll check with the driver’ - well, sorry that doesn’t cut it for me. I’ve spent money on goods that I haven’t received. Hence the 1* rating.
  
  It’s a shame really because I would have give this service 5*, but I think the value of a business really lays on how they deal with complaints. And Raw n Ready haven’t

  Ah Sophie I’ve just saw your rating? I’m really saddened you feel that needs to happen as a small business like ours really works super hard and all hours to fix things. We never expect to here about delivery issues from a wed later in the week as we are always on hand till the middle of the night on wed if needed and first thing the next day if ever there is any problem. The drivers also let us know about failed deliveries which is why we wouldn’t have picked up on a problem x

  I also have a small business and if I have any complaints I deal with them right away... I feel as though I have been palmed off since I informed you of the food not being delivered so had no choice but to leave the review.
  Also as I said, I was in Manchester visiting my family so I wouldn’t have known until when I got back as I didn’t ask Peter had they been delivered, as I presumed they would have.
  
  I can’t really help that the driver is away and I feel as though you could have done something in-house - i.e offered next week for a discounted price, refunded half the money etc as I have paid for a week and not had half delivered, without speaking to the delivery driver.
